Can you see a mobile/tablet icon on the top of the Elements screen? Click on the icon and it will turn in to blue color. Now Instagram’s mobile version will appear on the left screen with an option to upload images, search feeds, browse favorites, etc.
If you can’t see those options, refresh the page. Click the ‘+’ icon to connect to local storage and upload photos from your computer.
2. Mozilla Firefox
Open Mozilla Firefox browser and sign in to your Instagram account. Tap the three lines icon from the top right corner of your screen.
Choose Web Developer from the menu, followed by the Web Console.
Click on the mobile/tablet icon that appears on the top-right corner of Console screen. Now Mozilla will convert your left screen to a mobile-optimized layout.
Choose a device name from the drop-down box to see ‘+’ symbol on the bottom. If you can’t see the upload button, refresh the page.

3. Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge on your Windows PC and sign in to Instagram.
Right-click anywhere on the screen and choose ‘Inspect Elements’ from the menu. Drag Elements screen to left to expand the screen and view all options.

4. Opera
Open Opera browser on your desktop or laptop first.
Sign in to your Instagram and right-click on the screen.
Choose’ Inspect Elements’ from the mouse menu.

Now Instagram should show the upload option on the bottom. Otherwise, refresh the page to load Instagram mobile on your screen.

5. Safari
Open Safari on Mac. You can make the browser mobile-responsive using the Develop menu. But unfortunately, it is hidden by default. So we should enable it first.
Click on Safari from the top, followed by Preferences. Select ‘Show Develop menu in menu bar’ from the bottom.
Open a new Safari window and it will open with the Develop menu on the top. Choose Develop > User Agent > Safari iOS 13- iPhone.
Enter Instagram URL in the address bar and sign in to your account. It will load Instagram mobile with a camera icon on the bottom to upload photos from Mac to Instagram.
6. Brave
Open Brave browser on your desktop or laptop first.
Sign in to your Instagram account.
